- The Role of Identity in the Enterprise - An Approach to Hybrid IT(Plenary) Hybrid IT is not going away -- if anything it’s expanding and becoming mainstream as companies adapt to modern challenges. This session will cover how Okta enables companies to make the most of their Hybrid IT environment by securing on-prem applications, replacing aging legacy tech, and building a bridge between cloud and on-prem. And we’ll show a demo of how Okta enables seamless and secure access to both on-prem and cloud apps.
- Keynote: Developing IT Architecture for Large Companies(Plenary) Join this session to gain insights into: IT strategies, and leveraging technologies for rationalizing manpower Enhancing organizational productivity and improving efficiency of operations Successful business process re-structuring, implementation of business solutions in organizations within present budgets and deadlines. Insightful knowledge of business process analysis and design, re-engineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning, performance measurement and quality How to manage Network & IT Infrastructure Design for global organization
- Attracting and Retaining IT Talent in the New World(Plenary) In terms of digital transformation risks, two years ago, it was mainly about implementation of new technology and change management, allowing IT to boost productivity and create flexible workplaces. Rather, today’s debate focuses more on how to optimise outcomes and deliver organisational value from a change that has already taken place. In the current environment, where expectations for a great UX are high, innovation is accelerating in speed, and the industry is battling with shortage of skilled staff, rising wages, and the potential of a ‘great resignation', this topic is of high importance to Tech Executives.
- Keynote: The Human Side of Cybersecurity and Life Stories of a CISO(Plenary) Join Mel Migriño Vice President and Group CISO for MERALCO Energy as we explore her last two years in this pivotal CISO role, and the key insights she can provide to all CIO leaders across the region, including a case study on their cybersecurity Centre of Excellence. Join this session to explore and learn: CISO challenges on people, process and technology Building a cybersecurity Centre of Excellence Winning conversations with the business
- Set Data in Motion To Win in the Digital Economy(Plenary) Businesses are in constant motion — products made, services delivered, stocks traded, accounts charged. Today’s pace of industry demands it’s all working in concert and happening in real time. But as businesses are on the move, databases continue to be siloed. Leaving no time to adapt until it’s too late. This requires a new type of data infrastructure - one that flows in real-time, allowing individual actions to trigger instant responses, across apps, systems and organizations - to enable companies to connect their data streams into a unifying central nervous system. Please join this session with Richard Koh, Area VP, Confluent to learn and explore why data in motion is at the center of the next major wave of technology innovation companies and a key factor in determining the competitiveness of every company in the digital economy.
- Keynote: The Benefits of IT and OT Integration(Plenary) What does successful integration of IT and OT look like? How can CIO's embrace this style of integration and creates wins for the entire organisation. Join this session to gain insights into the benefits: In terms of infrastructure and network connectivity Breaking down silos Shared best practice Increased efficiencies
- Time to Contain the Key Cybersecurity Threat – Complexity(Plenary) Cybersecurity risks are increasing rapidly in the era of remote work, hybrid and multi-cloud adoption, and digital acceleration. As distributed access, assets and services increased, seeing and responding to threats has become increasingly difficult. A doctrine of change towards a broad, integrated, and automated cybersecurity mesh platform is essential in reducing complexity and increasing overall security effectiveness. Using a co-ordinated approach that can interoperate, share threat intelligence, correlate and automatically responding to threats.
- Keynote: Path To Digital Leadership With Disruptive Innovation(Plenary) Performing a security and governance gap assessment means looking at your control objectives against a known standard, such as CSA’s matrix, and documenting the gaps in your controls against accepted best practices. Instead of building your security reference architecture from the ground up, you can accept a baseline and make minor changes to meet your specific needs. Join this session to understand how to: Select an industry-standard security framework Evaluate your staff and processes Gather data efficiently Analyse your security program
- Roundtable - Leverage the Power of Data in Motion to Drive Personalised Customer Experiences(Plenary) The past year has been a game-changer for companies worldwide, not because it demonstrated the importance of digitalisation but also because it revealed the crucial need for agility and resilience in disruptive times. And so, IT infrastructures, security, preparedness in cloud strategies is continually proving to be the key driver of future business models to provide the optimum consumer experience, but the rules and the landscape have accelerated. IT leaders must rethink their strategy as they leverage the power of new technologies. During this session we congregate with 20 IT leaders to discuss how the CIOs can leverage the power of data in motion to drive personalised customer experiences, proactively mitigate cyber risk, and drive regulatory compliance. Key takeaways of the conversation: Leveraging tools to mobilise your data everywhere in real time and increase innovation Actionable insights to reduce costs and free up valuable engineering resources Increasing innovation across IT teams and not mistaking that new technology
