Orlando Milford · Chief Information Officer (CIO), Oxera Consulting LLP CIO for Oxera Consulting LLP an international economics and finance consultancy headquartered in the UK that operates globally. Responsible for all the technology we use to deliver our services to clients, and this increasingly evolving to cover things like data and compliance. Although he's the firms first CIO, they're still small enough that I also get involved in all sorts of other bits of the business. Orlando has recently been thinking about the rate of change in the technology space, is it getting faster? If so, why might that be, and what that means for what he is doing in my job.
Ledum Meeda · Head of Information Security, Avanti Communications Group Plc Ledum has more than ten years’ experience in practical Management Systems. His area of expertise includes but are not limited to Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), including Cyber Security, Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS). After graduating from Lagos State University with a degree in Biochemistry, he worked as part of the Quality & Information Security Team of DHL International Ltd and also worked as a consultant in various business sectors in the UK Ledum is currently the Head of Information Security at Avanti Communications Ltd.
Ashantel Lachhani · Director of Information Governance and Data Protection, The Hyde Group Ashantel Lachhani is the Director of Information Governance and Data Protection for the Hyde Group (UK), with 9 years of experience in the field of data privacy. She has extensive knowledge in data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive in the healthcare sector, property sector and direct marketing arena. She completed her educational training as a solicitor at London, Holborn BBP Law School and has a LLB (Hons) law degree from University of Essex. In addition, she holds the CIPP/EU and CIPM certifications, and was awarded IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy in 2020. Furthermore, Ashantel was appointed to the Women Leading Privacy Advisory Board for the International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2021.

Managing and optimising complex infrastructure landscapes. Developing high performance Operations and Service Delivery functions. Extensive experience delivering major change for international B2B and B2C businesses. Master communicator and coach with twenty plus years of technology experience, ten years of senior management, senior stakeholder, executive and business partner experience.
Akhtar Uzzaman · akhtar@bluepisolutions.com, Enterprise Architects Akhtar has a career spanning 16 years starting with Accenture where he worked on various client facing roles across the SDLC life cycle as an Analyst for blue chip clients on global accounts. Akhtar spent a number of years in the Oil & Gas industry workng on numberous SAP enabled financial and logistics tranformations primarily focused on Data Warehousing, BI and Analytics. Thereafter he moved into Management consultancy with the Big 4 where he became a TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect with specialisation in Data Architecture. Throughout his career Akhtar has worked across the globe within diverse locations, teams, cultures and time zones. He is currently the CEO of BluePi Ltd, a data focused consultancy and IT services firm, a sitting member of the DAMA UK chapter as well as the Bangladesh Angels Network. He holds a BSc (hons) in Computer Science from the University of London and a Diploma in CIMA (Management Accounting).
