• Jacqui Loveridge · Chief Financial Officer, San Churro Jacqui is a qualified Chartered Accountant and have previously worked in a large number of different industries from horse racing to furniture and insurance. Jacqui is now the Chief Financial Officer at San Churro - a franchised retail business and specialised in Spanish donuts and chocolate.
• Wayne Windell · Deputy Chief Financial Officer, King & Wood Mallesons Wayne is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a post graduate diploma in Taxation Law (H.Dip.Tax). He is an experienced CFO, CEO and Senior Finance Executive with significant experience in the professional services and property industries. In addition to my experience as a Board-level CEO, I have also held numerous senior finance and audit roles globally.

With Executive sponsorship of GHD Digital and GHD Advisory as well as transformation programs including organic growth funding and incubation initiatives, I am driven by the ongoing challenges of discovering greater value, innovation and the teams to help deliver this across the infrastructure sectors. I have played a frontline role in negotiating, executing and the integration of more than 20 mergers and acquisitions across Australia, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific which has seen GHD grow 150% to A$2.1Billion. With extensive non-executive director experience and a passion for designing and executing business strategy, I help build organisations that are financially strong, adaptive and future focussed.
