Lachlan Fitt · Chief Financial Officer, Entain Group Lachlan has been CFO of the Australian arm of the global gambling industry group Entain since 2019. The Australian business comprises the wagering brands Ladbrokes, Neds, Betstar and bookmaker.com and is Australia’s third largest wagering business. In addition to the core finance function, Lachlan is also responsible for the BI, Data & Analytics function of Entain Australia, as well as driving M&A and business development opportunities for the business. Prior to Entain, spent 6 years at Macquarie Group after graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce. He then held a number of commercial and strategy roles with Tabcorp in both Sydney and London between 2014 and 2018.
Kevin Goh · Chief Financial Officer, Siemens Digital Industries Software 15+ years in finance and operations executive – strong passion on technology especially the cloud and SaaS business. Joined Siemens in 2018 to embark a new journey as divisional CFO for the Industry software business in ANZ Always passionate about cloud technology and sees real opportunity for business to adopt and create real value.
Daryl Wang · CFO, PwC South East Asia Consulting, PwC South East Asia Consulting Daryl is currently the Chief Financial Officer for PwC’s Southeast Asia Consulting. He has more than 18 years of relevant finance practitioner experience both in the industry as well as a consultant, within Asia, Australia and the UK. As a management consultant, Daryl specialises in Finance transformation (including design and implementation of target operating models, process redesign and digitalisation). He has substantial experience in delivering large scale projects, including assisting clients to improve operational efficiencies of their Finance departments through operating model re-design, process re-engineering, enhancing key finance controls and implementing financial systems. Prior to joining PwC, he was Head of Finance Shared Services Delivery and Digital Finance for a Temasek subsidiary, where he spearheaded the organisation’s digitalisation efforts for Finance to drive business outcomes, efficiency and data, enabling clients with business insights for better decisions. He had also managed the APAC Change Governance for a MNC Private Bank’s Portfolio of Programs, driving disciplined investment and program execution governance practices that supports the businesses in delivering the Bank’s strategic priorities and financial objectives. In PwC, Daryl undertook projects to assist his clients to improve operational efficiencies of their Finance departments through operating model re-design, process re-engineering, enhancing key finance controls and implementing financial systems.

The average percentage has been: CCO, Heads, Directors, GMs: 80-85% | Other Titles e.g. Managers/Assistant Directors 15-20%
