- How to do More with Less: Operational Resilience Starts with AIOps(CTO & DevOps Sit-Down ANZ | Sydney) Every organization is looking to innovate faster, protect revenue, and increase IT capacity. But those demands-coupled with the growing complexity of modern applications, distributed infrastructure, and siloed teams-place a heavy burden on IT teams. And so operational resilience has become a competitive advantage. All eyes are on technical leadership to leverage AI and Automation to scale modernization initiatives that can quickly deliver reliable customer experiences. But many existing AIOps solutions were too heavy on technology, requiring endless training and maintenance without the ability to scale past an initial set of applications, hampering time to value. The pace of modern operations demands a new approach that can extend the value of AIOps to all teams, applications, and services across the business— regardless of workflow or toolchain. Enter PagerDuty AIOps. With over a decade of experience leading DevOps best practices, PagerDuty offers a better, modern approach to deploy AIOps. From one-click ML-powered noise reduction to event-driven automation, PagerDuty helps teams reduce incidents and remove toil, servicing both central and distributed teams. That’s why PagerDuty has been named a Leader in the Forrester Wave for Process-Centric AIOps. Discussion points: Why modern operations requires a modern approach to AIOps Common pitfalls of AIOps deployments and how to avoid them How PagerDuty built its AIOps solution to scale across applications and teams Lessons learned from successful deployments of automation-led AIOps
