Career

Stevie-Ann Dovico is a senior technology and digital executive with more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, consulting and the mutual sector. She is currently Group Executive and Chief Technology Officer at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), leading technology, digital, data, analytics and AI.

Previously, Stevie-Ann was Group Chief Information Officer at Beyond Bank Australia, where she led technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, architecture and digital platforms, balancing innovation with resilience and regulatory rigour.

Prior to Beyond Bank, she was Executive – Digital at NAB, leading teams of 600+ and enterprise digital channels serving more than five million customers. She drove the modernisation and cloud migration of core digital platforms, improving resilience, speed to market and cost efficiency.

At Westpac, Stevie-Ann held senior roles across retail banking technology, transformation and innovation, including accountability for a $200M+ annual change portfolio and major initiatives across lending, payments, data and digital.

Her experience across enterprise technology and transformation gives her a practical perspective on the decisions facing senior technology leaders as they modernise complex organisations.

Her experience in highly regulated financial services environments also brings a strong perspective on balancing digital innovation with customer expectations, security, regulatory obligations and trust.

At Westpac, she held senior roles across strategy and innovation, transformation and retail banking technology, leading major technology portfolios and enterprise delivery initiatives.

Her experience across banking and the mutual sector gives her a distinctive perspective on driving transformation within complex, highly regulated environments.

Stevie-Ann was named ITnews Technology Leader of the Year in 2025, ranked in the CIO50 Top 10 in 2024 and 2025, and previously named Women in Digital Executive Leader of the Year.
