Craig has held several significant positions throughout his career. At ISG (Information Services Group), he served as the Distinguished Lead Analyst for ISG Provider Lens Research in Asia/Pacific and Japan, delivering numerous projects and custom research. He was the Principal and Founder of DataDriven, a consultancy specialising in ICT research, marketing, and strategy. Craig’s leadership extended to his role as Federal Board Member at the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) and Vice Chair of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), where he guided the organisations through significant transitions.
