Agenda
- Digital Asset Disruption – Solving the Visibility Problem Amid a Rapidly Evolving IT Landscape(Plenary) What we consider a digital asset has changed dramatically over the last 5 years, and the emergence of new asset classes has made managing them even more challenging. IT Leaders must leverage technology that enables complete visibility of their complex IT environment. Please join Snow to learn three essential ways to support business growth using technology intelligence: Visibility – achieve a holistic view of data, applications, and spend across the on-premises data centre, cloud, and SaaS environments Optimisation – leverage intelligent insights and recommendations about your data to optimise both spend and drive operational efficiencies Governance – manage security risk and compliance without affecting business performance

- Keynote: Innovating Innovation(Plenary) Innovation is often misunderstood, taken for granted and much less capitalised on. Gone are the days when it was an advantage. Now we face an era where it’s the necessity to your existence as a business. But of course we all know that….. When we look at the amount of digital transformation projects worldwide, every year businesses spend $1.3 trillion on digital transformation programs to improve efficiency and yet they hit a failure rate by up to 90% resulting in lack of efficacy in operations and ultimately a hard stop to further innovating. This result paints to innovation as a risky undertaking, how do we innovate this perception. How do we drive Innovation strategically, turn it from a risky undertaking to being a catalyst that drives incremental and breakthrough value value that keeps the business relevant and protects the business from disruption. Join us for this session as Finbar takes us through a journey of changing that mindset and understanding how we set out for success within our tech teams as CIOs and CDO and how we communicate the value to the board and other executives.
- Tomato or Tomatoes: Exploring the Importance of Questioning Your Data(Plenary) More than ever board members and business leaders are looking for ways to maintain an even focus on maintaining security and performance of their operations while also innovating to create that new edge. Did you know the data you already own holds the key to doing both those things? It all comes down to what questions you ask it. This session will explore this and why more than ever having the right data strategy is so important. Is it Tomato or Tomatoes, come along and find out

- Thought Leadership- Key Ingredients to Secure Your AI Lifecycle and Scale Up At Speed(Plenary) Many companies see the opportunity in AI to radically change the way they do business and speed up their digital transformation. Whether it’s to improve customer experience and reduce customer churn, accelerate innovation or optimize productivity of financial flows, or reduce costs through predictive analytics. After focusing resources on their AI practice, organisations are pushing their models out of the sandbox and serving them at scale so that they can start realising the ROI. However, it is not that simple and companies continue to face many challenges. Numerous government agencies and enterprise customers have deployed their models two to three years ago, but have not retrained the models using the latest data since then. That’s not even counting the many models in sandboxes failing to go live in production. The question is therefore, how to secure your AI lifecycle and scale up at speed? Join this session to learn more about: What are the challenges & limitations with AI industrialization? What are the ingredients to correct the flaws, secure your AI launch and scale the use of AI across the business? How to create resilient AI-driven assets to maximize impact?
