One of my biggest professional goal in life is to be able to create a “No data No decision” culture in an organisation. Outside of work, I volunteer as a Girls Liaison director for a not-for profit organisation called “Go-Girl, Go for IT” which is a part of VIC ICT for Women. Go-Girl is mainly focussed on helping young girls from the age of 10 – 17 understand and develop interest for career in STEM. I have 2 beautiful children, a boy aged 7 and girl 4 and work – life balance is an important input into my everyday decision making.
