Overview
A good transformation program will not succeed without good data. It is incumbent on chief digital officers to convince the executive and the board to invest in improving data quality. If your data is not up to scratch, your employees and customers will have bad experiences when they interact with your applications and services. Bad data will impact your organisation’s ability to compete in the marketplace and drive your customers away.
Join CDO Sit-Down as we explore:
- Why ensuring data is of the highest quality and employing good data management practices helps build trust with customers, better manage risk, and improve the services you provide to customers.
- A business-first data governance approach that connects key initiatives and governance capabilities and delivers long-term business value.
- Why organisations need to rethink the structure of their data teams, their roles and responsibilities and skillsets that are required.
- Assessing what a fit for purpose data strategy looks like and designing the roadmap measurement points that are needed to achieve business objectives.
