Brian Chan · Information Technology Director, jebsen As part of the Jebsen Group since 2018, I strive to bring Group Information Technology (GIT) more into the forefront – rather than just be a technical team that works in the background. Externally, we have tracked all customer behavior so that we could help our partners to engage closely with their client base. Internally, our team makes work smarter for everyone by digitizing process whenever it matters, using technologies like RPA, eForm, eWorkflow and API. We are always on the lookout for trends that is 'right' for our businesses, and through this we would like to create a data-driven mindset within the Group.
