Agenda
- Prioritising Data as a Strategic Asset(Plenary) Data is a critical business asset, whether that's realized to its full potential is up to the business. How an enterprise prioritizes data as a strategic asset will determine its survival, growth potential, and competitive advantage. Having a true data management strategy to ensure quality, trustworthy data at scale will be key for businesses to drive increased revenue and outperform competitors. Join Rex Ahlstrom; CTO, EVP Innovation & Growth at Syniti, as he discussed on what are the cost and implication of bad data and how with improved data management, business executives can then make more informed decisions. Attendees will walk away with: ● Understanding data’s significance & value - why is it so important for businesses today? ● How data quality and company success are inextricably linked ● Combining quality data with the right choice of emerging tech to improve competitive advantage
- Keynote: Data, Insights, and Creativity(Plenary) A discussion on how data can unlock big, creative ideas across any type of communication. In this session we will be focusing on 3 key points with some great real life examples from works that Matt has led: Key takeaways: Data for creative strategy Women Will - The Divide Data as creative technology Google/AVIS - We Try Harder Data to create scale and campaign ecosystems Google/EA - Giferator
- MLOPS: Delivering Business Value Through Machine Learning(Plenary) One of the biggest l essons learned from the COVID pandemic is that the unexpected can happen at any time. Your data strategy and your machine learning models need to take this 'volatility' into account. However, in real life, organisations often don't train the models often enough to account for the changes - despite the lessons learned from covid. After focusing resources on an AI practice, an enterprise’s highest priority is to get their models out of the sandbox and serve them at scale so that they can start realising the ROI. Numerous government agencies and enterprise customers have deployed their models two to three years ago but have not retrained the models using the latest data since then. That’s not even counting the many models in sandboxes that have not yet been put into production. This is where Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) comes in – a proven framework that enables large organisations to achieve and sustain AI success. Join this session to learn more about this complex concept, we will define what MLOps is (and what it is not), why it is a critical enabler of your AI success, and how you can implement it within your organisations.
- Keynote: Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast(Plenary) Businesses and other organisations store incredible volumes of data, and there is generally more access to information today than ever before. But the more data you have, the harder it may be to actually use it. We need to take care of our data by reviewing and managing it carefully. Among the most important procedures for that, we have data curation. Join this session to learn how to: Authentic leadership strategies Communication and storytelling capabilities How to bring your whole self to your leadership role to drive team and business impact The power of culture
- Set Data in Motion To Win in the Digital Economy(Plenary) Businesses are in constant motion — products made, services delivered, stocks traded, accounts charged. Today’s pace of industry demands it’s all working in concert and happening in real time. But as businesses are on the move, databases continue to be siloed. Leaving no time to adapt until it’s too late. This requires a new type of data infrastructure - one that flows in real-time, allowing individual actions to trigger instant responses, across apps, systems and organizations - to enable companies to connect their data streams into a unifying central nervous system. Please join this session with Richard Koh, Area VP, Confluent to learn and explore why data in motion is at the center of the next major wave of technology innovation companies and a key factor in determining the competitiveness of every company in the digital economy.
- Keynote: Engineering Data Privacy to Enable Trust, Governance and Compliance(Plenary) To be a data-driven organisation, its people need to be data literate first. Promoting data literacy, however, is more than just a numbers game. Business leaders need to change people’s behaviour, mindset, and how they assess information and use technology to process it. Attend this session to gain insights into: Enable effective scalable data privacy How to be customer data focused Best practice approaches Challenges and lessons learnt

In this webinar, we’ll share how this solution helps brands of all industries access more data types than ever before and customise it for stronger experiences. Improved data management agility and consistency from syncing customer data and enterprise data warehouses Customised usage of data between systems designed for developers Better security and privacy controls when using data for customer experience
- Keynote: Data Insights and Foresight as Pillars of Compliance(Plenary) High performance is an inside job. What is your current default way of thinking? And does it help or hinder what you’re building as a leader? Learning outcomes: Leverage data insights to engage your stakeholders Organise data using the language of the business Present data to tell an accurate story and prescribe actions to improve your business
- Accelerate your Data Modernisation Efforts with Data Intelligence(Plenary) Data is crucial to building effective digital experiences, and the key to unlocking the value of data and democratising it across an organisation is a modern data architecture. Because of this, many organisations are in the process of trying to modernise their data architecture by moving from legacy databases and tools to modern, cloud-based data solutions. But even with this shift, data often remains highly distributed and diverse, making it difficult to find, trust, access and activate data across an organisation. In this session, you’ll learn how centralised data intelligence will help you accelerate your data modernisation efforts by enabling you to: · Unite teams with a shared understanding of data · Drive trust in data · Empower your organisation with self-service access to data
- Keynote: Alok(Plenary)

His keynote is focused on: How artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning will help create next generation enterprises Insights to keep ahead of the curve and what we need to be doing as leaders to stay relevant.
- Fireside Chat: Keynote: What do Data, Analytics & Tech Leaders Need to do to Adapt, Survive & Thrive in 2022 and Beyond?(Plenary) Join Dr Adrienne Heinrich as we discuss what do data leaders need to do to adapt, survive & thrive in 2022 and beyond: Focused on: Exploring the ambiguity and blurring lines around data, analytics and tech leadership roles What are the mandates and what makes for effective leadership in the future? How is data and analytics representation evolving at board level? How can you position these roles as crucial for the long term, not just the immediate future? How do you balance developing a strategic approach to data and analytics, with the need to remain flexible to adapt to the changing needs, priorities and goals of the wider organisation? How can you ensure that you are best positioned to successfully tackle future challenges and exploit upcoming opportunities?
