Alok Kumar · Head of Data & Analytics, DBS Bank Alok Kumar currently is the Head of Data & Analytics at DBS Bank Singapore overseeing analytics initiatives across the IBG Operations units across 14 markets. He is responsible for building and scaling up of cutting-edge analytics solutions across the Group IBGO and build a culture of data driven decision making and data driven operating model. In this role, he is focused on bringing the innovative solutions and technology to deliver DBS’s vision of “Live more, Bank less” by translating data insights to reimagine customer and employee journey. He brings a strategic perspective on the trends shaping the future of banking including digitization, customer centricity, AI and analytics, automation & productivity optimisation, regulation and co-creation with Fintech/Partners. Alok brings with him around 22 years of experience in the areas of Analytics, Digital operations, Business Transformation, IT and Consulting. He has worked across Banking and Financial Services industries covering Americas, Europe, South Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to DBS group, he held various leadership positions across Accenture, Infosys, and TCS. Alok holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay with a Master in Technology and recently completed the World’s first course “AI in Finance” run by CFTE London. He is winner of Top analytics professional by Analytics 100 in 2019 by AIM India.Dr Chao Wang · CTO, 6ESTATES Chao Wang is currently the CTO of 6Estates. Previously, he was a senior data scientist at Baidu. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, where he was advised by Dr. Shaoping Ma and Dr. Yiqun liu. His work has primarily focused on nature language processing, information retrieval, search engine user behavior analysis. He has rich experience in designing and applying probabilistic graphical models & deep neural networks in industry. His work has appeared in major journals and conferences such as SIGIR, CIKM, TOIS, and IRJ. His main achievements include 2015 SIGIR Best Paper Honorable Mention Award, 2015 Scientific Technology Advance Award of Beijing City (First Prize), 2016 CIPS Excellent PHD thesis Award, 3rd Position in 2018 Chinese Machine Reading Comprehension competition and 3rd Position in 2019 Chinese Machine Reading Comprehension competition.

She was also appointed as Corporate Secretary of the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication, Inc. from October 2013 to July 2014. From May 2009 to March 2011, she was the Head of the Legal Department of Almeda, Inc., a company engaged in real estate activities. She also provided litigation support for the estate proceedings of the estate of Ponciano L. Almeda, one of the incorporators of Almeda, Inc. Atty.
