Elizabeth is leading the data transformation across 85 countries globally at Heineken. Prior to Heineken Elizabeth worked in financial services, at Barclays in London where she held several roles in Digital transformation and Data aimed at improving financial health. She held positions at dunnhumby (Tesco), Gillette and McKinsey. Elizabeth also worked on the impact of data for the vulnerable for Social Finance. She has advised number of digital natives start-up in the fin-tech arena. A visiting fellow at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, Elizabeth believes in data for people and the planet and not in people-users / planet-used by data.
Smitha Dunwell · Data Strategy, Chaucer Smitha is an experienced strategist with broad experience encompassing digital transformation, data science & AI, and customer experience management. Having spent most of her career working at the intersection of data, technology, and people – she is passionate about building digital strategies, deploying data driven solutions equally bringing people along the journey to deliver business value. Smitha has extensive experience in data consulting for the past 15 years across multiple geographies building and scaling high performance teams, driving innovation and commercialising data products and services.Robert Goodwin · Chief Data Officer | Global | MSQ, MSQ Rob is an innovative data strategist, strategic planner and business consultant. Currently leading a multi-functional position, utilising data at the heart of decision making. His role leads him to support & run; Data strategy, marketing strategy, UX/CX, digital optimisation, omni channel connectivity, media optimisation, insight analytics & measurement, as well as consumer journey mapping, to name a few key areas. With a fundamental strength and passion focused on leveraging data insight and moulding it into meaningful and actionable ideas, which can be executed to optimise business cases across numerous segments & constraints.
