Mark Attard · Chief marketing officer, San Churro As a partner and Chief Marketing Officer at San Churro, over the last 15 years, Mark has taken the brand from a simple concept to Australia's leading dessert cafe destination with 53 stores across the nation. Mark is a generalist marketer with a diverse range of experience in everything from his early days in graphic design and commercial photography to obtaining a Master's Degree In Advertising from RMIT leading to more strategic planning, brand development, and customer-driven product innovation, and data-driven loyalty. Prior to San Churro, Mark was the owner and MD at Spice Creative Group with clients ranging from global brands such as Hallmark Cards, Cadburys, and Honda Power Equipment, to SMBs needing strategic guidance and brand development. Creativity with real commercial outcomes is his forté.
Kirsty MacCulloch · General Manager – Customer, CRM and Data, Tabcorp Kirsty MacCulloch is a senior marketer with experience in leading and delivering transformational digital change in highly complex and competitive environments. In her current capacity as General Manager of Customer, CRM and Data at Tabcorp, Kirsty leads a team to focus on building customer relationships at scale through a strong data strategy and governance, connecting and utilising marketing technology to enable customer personalisation and automation.
Lisa Sim · Head of Marketing SEA, Palo Alto Networks Lisa leads the field marketing operation across Australia/NZ, ASEAN and India for global cybersecurity leader, Palo Alto Networks. In this role, Lisa spearheads the account based marketing function, thought leadership development and customer advisory board programs focus on some of the largest organisations across Asia Pacific. With more than 20 years of marketing experience in the IT, software, cloud and security industries, Lisa acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on go-to-market programs and strategic marketing initiatives, including digital ABM tools, customer journey design, and strategic partner alliances to drive scale and market reach. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, she spent 15 years in a variety of leadership roles across tech, telecommunications, software development and POS tech spanning markets in North America, EMEA, New Zealand, Japan and Australia. Lisa is passionate about cyber safety for children and she regularly participates in forums and panels, and provides cyber safety commentary to the public and private sector. She currently sits on various industry boards to promote cyber education. jade maletsky · Head of Marketing, Bank First Jade is an experienced Strategic Marketing and Communication leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Services industry in South Africa and Australia. Jade has a balanced background combining 20 years’ experience in Advertising and Marketing together with an MBA as her intellectual backbone. She now heads up Marketing at Bank First and enjoys the daily challenge of decoding consumer behaviour within the dynamic world of Bankng. Some of Jade’s achievements include re launching the Liberty Brand, one of the largest African Wealth and Insurance companies across 8 countries, setting up an Asset Management brand in the UK and the recent rebrand of Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank to Bank First in 2017.
