At international engineering, design and advisory company Aurecon Lucy leads the brand, marketing and communications response to one of the biggest challenges facing the world today, climate change. Lucy is passionate about navigating the complexities of climate change and creating new opportunities for Aurecon and its clients and partners. Prior to Aurecon, Lucy held global marketing and communications roles with big four accounting firm KPMG and technical and professional services firm Jacobs.
Annemarie Kikos · Head of Strategy & Marketing Fujitsu Oceania, Fujitsu Australia Limited Annemarie Kikos recently joined Fujitsu in the Oceania region as Head of Strategy and Marketing in November 2019. In her new role, Annemarie works closely with the Oceania Executive Leadership Team to facilitate the development and ongoing refinement of Fujitsu Oceania’s business strategy. She is responsible for all aspects of Marketing including Field Marketing, Communications, Market Intelligence, Analyst Relations as well as Responsible Business. As the lead for the Fujitsu Brand in the Oceania Region, she also represents Oceania in the Fujitsu Global Marketing community. Annemarie is an experienced leader in the IT industry. With over 25 years’ of vast industry experience and knowledge across both a local and international perspective, her skills and expertise include strategy, go-to-market, business development, project management, communications, team management, solutions development and driving sales revenue. In her previous roles, she has worked with multi-nationals organisations in more than 15 countries across every major industry group and with major HP enterprise clients including South Pacific Government accounts, EDS/Commonwealth Bank, Qantas, Colonial State Bank, Cathay Pacific, CIMB, and several other Asia / China clients. In her most recent role at Micro Focus, Annemarie held a similar role as Head of Marketing for Australia and New Zealand. She has also previously held roles as Research Director at IDC, as well as various senior Marketing and Strategy roles at HP Enterprise Services. Annemarie holds a Bachelor Degree in International Marketing from Saxion Hogescholen, the Netherlands and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
