Executive Sit-Down | CIO Leaders | July 2023 | Singapore

Overview

Voice is the foundation of digital transformation. In this new hybrid working world, voice forms the basis of good collaboration between staff working in the office and at home and other remote locations.

A new IDC report, sponsored by Zoom, found that legacy collaboration infrastructure is not meeting the needs of hybrid and remote workforces and investment in traditional PBX infrastructure is in rapid decline. Instead, post-pandemic changes to work practices are being supported by voice-driven digital collaboration tools.

Join Sit-Down’s Director of Research and Production, Byron Connolly; and senior executives from Zoom for this exclusive, invitation-only roundtable luncheon, ‘Give your PBX the flick: Improving collaboration with cloud-first voice.’ During this closed-door luncheon, you will be joining your peers to discuss why voice is critical to the future of work.
