Over an extensive career, I have built a track record of helping organisations to design and deliver successful programs involving digital, data and technology enablement in the professional services, financial services, publishing, research and community services sectors. This experience allows me to help NFP Boards and CEOs to understand the opportunity and develop and implement strategies to harness it. Today, I focus on helping for-purpose organisations develop and implement their IT Strategies, to understand and manage technology-related risk and to position their IT teams to respond to the challenge. I also serve as a non-executive director at Tenants Victoria.
