• Paul Pastulovic · Divisional Manager, Yarra Valley Water The role is to lead Yarra Valley Waters maintenance teams as part of the Asset & Field Services division, to deliver planned and emergency works including sewer and water renewals and various major and minor contracts. The role ensures the network is maintained to the highest standards and ensures the customers receive a highest level of service when needed. Included in my remit I manage teams who operate, maintain and optimise the companies GIS, asset management system (Maximo) and SCADA systems.
• John Ferguson · Sales Director, Oracle A forward-thinker who seeks innovation that realises practical benefits for both his customers and his customers’ customers. John is passionate about helping companies exceed the expectations of their chosen audiences and improve their bottom line, by transforming how they acquire, service, and grow their customer base. He believes that retention, growth, and advocacy are realised by businesses who connect data, intelligence and deliver connected experiences. With over 12 years of experience in strategic client engagement across multiple geographies, John has partnered with organisations such as Foxtel, Downer, Transgrid, Service Stream, Ergon Energy, Telstra, Dan Murphys, and Jetstar in their transformation journey. With a passion for all things digital, he is an expert in the areas of hosted SaaS and PaaS solutions, Service and Sales excellence, connected front and back-office solutions, and customer experience.
• Vivek Beri · Chief Information Officer (CIO), Intellihub Vivek has 18+ years of experience in the electricity industry with extensive strategic and operational experience at senior management level across meterology, retail, wholesale and distribution business. Prior to Intellihub, Vivek held senior positions at Ausgrid, Energy Australia and E-lectrade in USA where he was responsible for directing IT and delivering complex programs of work. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s of Technology (Computer Science) degree and a Master’s of Computer Science degree from the University of Wollongong.
