Jamie Morais · Head of ASEAN Region Aftersales, Nissan Motor Corporation Jamie Francis Morais is the ASEAN Regional Head of of Aftersales for Nissan Motor Asia Pacific, and is spearheading Nissan’s initiative in this region to build excellence in Nissan’s Customer Service experience through business and operational improvements activities, as well as developing a more profitable business model for the Nissan dealerships. Based previously for Nissan in Malaysia, Vietnam and now in Thailand; Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge in Aftersales and Customer Service, from 14 years of experience in Toyota Motor Europe, Proton Cars and BMW in Malaysia. Now leading the Aftersales for Nissan across ASEAN, Jamie will share what works across all our countries, and what’s specific to each country.
Ravinthran Dhamodaram · Director Ortho Care ASPAC, Commercial Head SG Cluster, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Ravi has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business planning, business development, competitive market analysis, product development, management, sales and marketing of complex technology products to the manufacturing industry and consumer market. He is currently OrthoCare’s Regional Director Customer Service ASPAC whose position reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations based in Singapore with dotted line reporting to the Senior Vice President of Customer Service in Rochester USA.

Saket Kumar · Head of Service Delivery - IMS India, Ericsson Currently Heading IMS India Service Delivery Organization (250+ HC, 4 locations) at Ericsson. Responsible for management of VoLTE/VoWifi projects for 150+ Customers. Worked 7 years in R&D with 3 years as Product Manager in BSS/OSS Domain (Revenue Management). Distinction in MS at University of Edinburgh and Joined Ericsson's Early Career Program. Experience of working in global locations like Stockholm, Shanghai, Edinburgh and New Delhi.
John Ranalli · Principal Product Manager, Field Service, Oracle John Ranalli is a Senior Manager of Product Management at Oracle, a key memberof of Product Strategy for CX Service, with an industry focus on Field Service. With over 14 years of experience working in the CX and service space, John is an expert in field service with over 8 years of experience and expertise with Oracle Field Service (TOA Technologies, acquired by Oracle); an enterprise-class SaaS solution that is used in over 55 countries.
Jeffrey Wartgow · VP Product Management, Oracle Jeffrey Wartgow is Vice President of CX Product Management looking after Oracle’s CX Service products. He and his teams are currently on a mission to predict the future of customer experience. Before joining Oracle, Jeff was with TOA Technologies (acquired by Oracle) where he served as the vice president of product marketing, as well as vice president of channels and alliances. Before joining TOA, Jeffrey spent two and a half years as a Director at FTI Consulting in San Francisco, where he was charged with developing the company’s first formal partner program. Prior to FTI, Jeffrey served seven years with Dell Inc. During this time he managed Dell’s Strategic Alliances for Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as Dell’s New Partner Evaluation program. Jeffrey also led Dell’s Competitive Intelligence team focusing on enterprise products. With more than 15 years of experience in diverse roles across the technology industry, Jeffrey is an expert on mobility, predictive analytics, big data, enterprise cloud computing, technology ecosystems, partnerships and integrations, and the dynamic relationship between hardware, software and services in enterprise IT architecture.
