Overview
In a world where disruption is constant and innovation cycles are shrinking; enterprises can no longer afford incremental change. Reinvention, not just transformation, is the new growth imperative. The question keeping every executive up at night is: How do you know if a transformation initiative is worth the investment before committing millions of dollars and months of your team’s time?
In this exclusive CXO event, hosted by Factor and Virtusa, in partnership with Pega, and AWS, we’ll explore how AI, including the rise of Agentic AI, and cloud modernisation can move beyond theory to become true engines of business growth. Leaders will discover how organisations are not only reducing legacy debt but also unlocking new capacity to innovate faster, serve customers better, lower risks and accelerate decision-making at scale.
This session is not about incremental efficiency, it’s about creating an enterprise core that is agile, resilient, and built for reinvention. Join industry experts to uncover bold strategies, peer insights, and actionable perspectives that will help you move from transformation to reinvention and turn AI into your business growth engine. Attendees will explore how to:
Rapidly identify modernisation opportunities across legacy landscapes,
Simulate and validate transformation blueprints before large-scale execution, and
Leverage AI-driven insights to accelerate decision-making, reduce risks, and improve productivity at scale.
