Yingying Li is an experienced CFO and COO with more than 10 years of experience across professional services, property and construction, technology-enabled businesses and family office environments.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Robinson Gill Lawyers, where she leads strategic finance and operational priorities with a focus on financial performance, operational clarity and long-term value creation.

Previously, Yingying was Group CFO at Group Four Building Surveyors, where she was responsible for financial strategy, commercial insights, board reporting, financial modelling, risk management, tax planning and improving operational efficiency across the business.
